John Paul Baer
John Paul Baer is a pharmacist attorney and founder of Baer Law. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy and his Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Denver College of Law. During law school, John continued to work as a clinical hospital pharmacist and also spent time as a legal intern at Roche Pharmaceuticals.
Dual Specialties
In 2011, John started, Baer Law, his solo law practice. John focuses primarily on representing pharmacists, retail pharmacies, mail order pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, veterinary pharmacies, pharmacy start-ups, manufacturers, and wholesalers who are under investigation or the subject of enforcement proceedings initiated by regulatory boards or other licensing agencies. In addition, John represents clients in matters related to pharmacy regulatory compliance, risk management, preparatory audits, pharmacy training and pharmacy business planning.
As a pharmacist and attorney, John is uniquely positioned to understand the complex needs of all his diverse clients. John maintains close relationships with all Boards of Pharmacy and other state and federal regulatory and licensing agencies, which is crucial when negotiating settlements for clients.
